Last night at BrickCon, LEGO unveiled their latest amazing set much to the delight of all present. We were told to keep it hush hush until noon (Pacific time) but (URL) was given special 3-hour exclusive preview rights - see their article for full (...) I rememeber seeing on brickshelf somewhere that someone had done some scenery in 32x32plates,build up some, tan roads, standardised cliff heights and so on. I can't find it though. Does it ring a bell for anyone? Can anyone point me to a link to the (...) (16 years ago, 10-Oct-08, to lugnet.castle)

(...) The idea of the Base8 layout has merit.. although I can see where there would be some breakdown. (8 studs to road..8 studs road, then 16 studs to end.. wouldn't match if you lined it up with a 16 studs to road, 8 studs road, then 8 studs to (...)
