Looks nice, I like the texturing on the outside. The arches for the second
floor roof are great. The cooking pot sitting on the flames is neat.

Thanks.

Im not
sure about the arch behind the front door, was it intentional that a fig
would have to duck, or was it a piece availability issue?
|
Its mainly a screw-up. I originally built this fairly quickly because I had to
get it mailed to Lenny for Brickfest PDX, and when I was building it I couldnt
find my 1x6x2 arches. I had to go with the 1x6x1 arch, and if you put that one
brick higher you get gaps between the door and the doorframe. I suppose I
should really go back and incorporate the right arch now that Ive found them.

Oh, and I dig that
big window in the back. Seems great for mischievous kids to run by and grab a
pie or loaf of bread cooling.

I just wish I had one of the loaf pieces. Or a couple of the croissants.
