Nifty Orcs!  I like your shields, I haven't seen that before.  Did you put
something on the back or just stick their hands in between the studs?  I
haven't made an Orc or Goblin army yet, but have been thinking that the
Gamorrean (sp?) guards would make good orcs.

The shields are boldly stolen from one Mr. Brendan Powell Smith.. some
non-Israelites use them in the Wilderness:

I use a 'tap' piece, which fits between the pegs and allows the minifig to hold
them.  I wanted something less recognizable for the Orcs, and didn't feel like
designing, printing, and making custom shield decals.

Also, in Rev Smith's picture, he used photoshop to creat a larger army than he
actually had.  I was thinking of doing something like that with the Orcs, since
they almost always run in hoards, rather than small bands or whatever.
