The Explination:
The part ratio for this model is decent and the cart itself is pretty cool plus
the price is right.
I know some don't like the fig because they think he looks like an "Evil
Timmy". I don't think he is quite that bad. I prefer to think they just
misprinted his facial hair. I also don't have a problem with his torso.
Overall it is what you expect from a small set.
