Anybody know where to find some good classic castle men from circa 1978 (yellow castle/knights' procession/knights' tournament era)? I'd love to add some of them to my castle setup... A better question: would they even be available at an affordable (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Can you prove it is? It doesn't look like a fake. If it is then it is a really good fake. The only thing I find out of place other than the set itself being very skimpy is that the "dalu" logo is not aligned in the center of the red square. (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

I'm not sure that thing is a fake or not, but the minifigs really get me; just why do they look like that? It doesn't seem as though TLG would alter the minifigs in a set (as already established, this one looks like Black Falcon Fortress). That logo (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Well, you'd have a hard time buying an original castle maiden... And those classic castle men, although not as "expensive" as maidens, are in relatively few sets. Also, those sets are OLD, around late 70's early 80's! So my conclusion is that (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

Not sure if anybody else pointed this out, but: If you look on page 32 of the Year 2000 Catalogue, you'll discover blue spears and blue samurai swords in sets 8511 and 8509 respectively. Just pointing that out... I think they look very strange. But (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Oh, I am VERY inspired by Pawel's work. It's not just a simple, "I've built a castle, you can see it on this page, and take note of A, B and C." Instead he has really instilled life into the minifigs and transformed those little guys into (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)
