  Re: Honjin Stronghold

(...) Aw, man. This is gorgeous. I echo the kudos for the floor of corrugated bricks; simple design, brilliant execution! It's the kind of detail (like so many) that looks so good you're left wondering why nobody ever did it before. I love the mix (...) (20 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.castle.ninja, FTX)

(...) Your right... Felix should not have compared Apples to Oranges (comparing the border conflict with the Black Knight's Castle. You are entitled to like the newer stuff better. One BIG negative beef I have with the new stuff is the lack of (...) (20 years ago, 3-Aug-04, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.castle, FTX)

  Re: Knights’ Kingdom™ is ugly.

(...) Felix, I must disagree on this. If you are going to compare 6086 to 1 of the new sets, then compare it to the castle of Morcia set, which I think is much prettier than 6086. I actually prefer the new dark grey (bley) over the old dark grey. You (...) (20 years ago, 3-Aug-04, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.castle, FTX)

(...) (URL) (...) Wow Keith, that's simply amazing! All the detail crammed into it looks superb. The 1x2 grill bricks as flooring is a great idea and very well executed. What, no MOCpages site? I always look forward to your scene-by-scene descriptions. Awesome MOC. It's good to see that all of your gray isn't dedicated to the Iron Reich.
