Problem running LPub

I am suddenly having difficulties running LPub and get these error messages:
1. Cannot find POV-Ray Registry installation entries
2. You must install POV-Ray before running LPub
Though LPub.log says:
Found LPub in registry
Finding POV-Ray in registry
Found POV-Ray in registry
What is the problem here?
I am working on a Win2k machine as user, not Admin. When I log in as Admin it
does work!
Has this to do with rights? Strange though...
