vim is nice I tryied it on linux I got lin mandrake on my D:\ drive but
I whould like to use pov-ray for dos for rendering and a seperate text editor
and if possible one that it doesn't use registry or vb6.

Oh about linux I think is too nearly like a place for storing books with all

Can anyone name a nice pov-ray text editor with syntax colors features for
windows? A part from e-mac?

PovRay for Windows (which you probably already have) http://www.povray.org/
VIM (which is the best :-) http://www.vim.org/
