  I've been using MLCad again.  And I noticed something that vexes me.  I'd
like to be able to use the keyboard shortcuts more.  What I think would work
for me is to be able to setup MLCad to have the up-down/left-right arrow keys
work relative to the currently selected view.

  So, if I've selected the top-down view, they work like present.  If I select
right-view, up-down is Z-axis and left-right is (um, whichever axis that would
be, maybe x-axis).
