| | | I guess it's somehow strange to use ... previous part is the part currently selected when you insert the new one :-/ so please try selecting the part which position should be inherited ... then add the new part by dragging it to the "list of parts (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

When I drop a new part in the "list of parts in the model" it will show up at 0,-8,0 (or close to it depending on the size of the part- the "y" value will change, but x,z=0). I have tried selecting the "part which (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

For ease I will call them in this order and position: A 0,0,0 B 10,10,10 C -100,-100,-100 If I take a new part D and drop it onto C, D will show up at (...) (24 years ago, 18-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
