In MLCad go to the File menu and choose Scan Parts. If it says it has found
new parts then let it create a new parts list file, you need to do this
every time you install a new parts update file (including the complete when
you first install LDraw).
If it still doesn't appear then go to the Settings menu and check the Lego
base path value, this should point to the LDraw dir this is above the Parts
dir (eg. if the parts dir is c:\ldraw\parts then this value should be
c:\ldraw). If it doesn't point to the right place then change it and run the
Scan Parts option again to pick up all of the parts.
