Thanks Jaco. I had been following the same line of research. Where LDraw has a
3-digit number and LDD now gives us a 4- or 5-digit version, I think we can
treat that as "official" and rename in LDraw. Where there is a different 4- or
5- digit number in LDD, I will create an LDraw "alias", as we have done in
existing case where the same part has two numbers (eg. 3960 vs. 39065).
