From here what you can do is calculate the angle you need, based on the
difference of the endpoints and a inverse tangent funtion. Or you can
calculate the angle automatically using Paul Easter's handy calculator
(http://www.geocities.com/pneaster/lcad_util.htm#calculator). All you have
to do is punch in the numbers (again, the difference of the endpoints and
hit "Calculate."
After you have the angle, go to Settings>General>Change>Step,Grid,Snap and
change one of the rotation angles to the calculated angle. Click OK and then
rotate your item into place.
