Problems with Online Hobby Train Instructions

Anyone have any pointers for successfully downloading the instructions for the
new Hobby Train set (10183) (Windows XP) ? I've already downloaded LDD 2.0.
When I click on the 'Download' icon at the instructions page, a new window
briefly flashes (cache.lego-something), then closes. I've tried disabling my
popup blocker and running LDD 2.0 open in the background.
