This isn't about the brick's file itself.  It's just that I don't understand
the way LDD is placing bricks and messing up their rotation vectors in the
process to create misaligned bricks in the model file itself.  I can send
you a model file if you like to show you what I mean more clearly.

It seems to have something to do with the way LDD fractionally rotates
pieces to create lineups that occur if you spin a part more than one
revolution to line it up with another part in LDD.

I went and rebuilt the assembly I was having problems with and everything
lines up properly now.

(...) LDD and LDraw have there own parts and do not use the same rotation settings, that’s why you need the updated LDraw.xml that others have been working on. (URL) be on Ldraw’s site as soon as I can remember my login… Mike (17 years ago, 24-Nov-07, to lugnet.cad.ldd)

(...) Hi goffrey, the transformation matrix for the Technik Brick is: <Transformation ldraw="32064.dat" tx="-.4" ty="-.96" tz="0" ax="1" ay="0" az="0" angle="0"/> I did a LDD->LDraw->LDD test and it works fine. BTW the conversion is already part of (...) (17 years ago, 23-Nov-07, to lugnet.cad.ldd)
