The LDraw Standards Committee (LSC) has ratified the CATEGORY and KEYWORD language extension. The most major change between the ratified specification and the de-facto standard is to officially move the creation of new part categories away from the (...) James passed away just as I was first getting into LDraw, and even though he and I never corresponded directly, I've had a few email contacts with his family in the subsequent decade. (...)
