Bricksmith 1.4.1 fixes the following bugs:
  • Lines are colored much more consistently
  • Fixed crash when referenced models had missing pieces
  • Fixed problem with decorated elements getting incorrect coloring
  • Fixed bug where typed-in part names wouldn’t get applied immediately

Bricksmith 1.4.1 is a maintenance release that cleans out a few more bugs I missed in the previous release. I would like to specially thank Erik Knopp sending me the crash reports so I could fix the second bug in the list above. Had he not pointed this problem out, I would never have realized it existed.

Alas, my pace of development is going to slow in the coming months. I recently bought my first house, and I have spent the last month gutting it. Now I need to put it back together again. It’s a pity real life isn’t more like Lego.

Bricksmith requires Mac OS X 10.3 or later, and may be download it at http://bricksmith.sourceforge.net/. It is both Intel and PowerPC native.

Sincerely,
Allen Smith
