Try this:
1. Go to <http://news.lugnet.com/cad/dat/parts/>
2. Click the "New" icon to compose a new message.
3. Type in a subject, a description in the body, and click the "Browse"
button next to the "Upload/Attach DAT File" text.
Now click "Post".
Does that work for you?

| (...) Hi, Todd, 1. My usual method of posting: Compose a message in YahooMail (to "lugnet.cad.dat.part...net.com"), and copy-and-paste the DAT file into the body of the message. However, when the DAT file is over 30k, the copy-and-paste usually (...) (24 years ago, 2-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
