sprue (wheel) that contains the three feather/plumes as a set. I do
know that the "part number" is not stamped on the individual plumes.

I have it on good authority that the number for this sprue is 4502.  Make your
feather-part be 4502A.DAT.  If you make more of the parts from this sprue, use
4502B, 4502C, etc. going clockwise around the ring.

You decide which way is clockwise.
