Cool!  We needed the number for the cattlehorns piece, in the current vote.
:)

Can anyone else confirm this 6029 number on the horns'n'headdress sprue?

Ack phooey  The number on the white headdress sprue is 6029, *NOT* 8029.

Trying to read these tiny numbers first thing in the morning is painful.

Hello Franklin,
Anything to assist you LCad parts makers... :-)
I just examined three of the sprues that I have with the three feather pieces
on it.  As far as I can tell, it is completely smooth and there are no • numbers
on it at all.  All three of them were red.

I also examined the white three piece set with the two sets of horns and the
feather "headdress" that came with the islanders, and that sprue has a wide
flat circle in the middle that has the numbers 8029 on one line with 6-01 on • a
bottom line.  The red sprues that I examined had no such flat area, they • simply
came together in the middle in a tiny cylinder.

Sorry.  Maybe someone else can assist you, or would have better luck.

As some of you may or may not know,
I'm involved in the Lego CAD community at "lugnet.cad".
I just modelled one of the feather/plume pieces
(usually in Pirates sets and Castle sets),
and I need the "part number" for the piece.

I believe that there is a four or five digit number
stamped onto the sprue (wheel) that contains
the three feather/plumes as a set.
I do know that the "part number" is not stamped
on the individual plumes.

Yes. Just had a look through my sprue bag. Neither the 'plume' sprue nor the 'dragon' sprue have a number, though, as previously observed. On Tue, 5 Sep 2000, Steve Bliss (<n4karsgppt6mu2o2dn...j87esd@4ax .com>) wrote at 20:01:33 (...) (24 years ago, 5-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.pirates)
