This is an argument to which I've received no resolution. Please view this
post and answer my questions to the best of your ability.
I wrote earlier on lugnet.cad.dat.parts:

P.S.: My completed version (thus far) has a problem involving the lack
of a hollow opening where the Technic pin hole should be. Help.
