In LDraw, a line like this
1 14 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 6582.DAT
^ ^ ^
means that the hub is centered in the origin (0,0,0) and the 1's with a
tag under indicate that the part is scaled by one in each direction. If
you change the 1's to something else, you can scale the part arbitrary
in a given direction. To shrink it in the z-direction by 1/2, say, you
can write:
1 14 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0.5 6582.DAT
