This is a bit of a problem for me too. I've written scripts to import
and export ldraw data from Blender, and naturally I built a model in
Blender following that.. but now I'm not allowed to share the original
Blender model without removing all shapes from it, as those were
imported from the ldraw library. It's possible to work around by using
shape libraries in a separate Blender file, which each person would
have to generate by importing the ldraw library themselves, but again
it makes it very easy to copy things by mistake without attribution.

| I'd like to propose the creation of a new meta-command. It is as follows: 0 !STANDALONE_LDR The zero at the beginning of this command MUST be the first byte of the model file. LDraw viewing programs can look for the presence of this command at the (...) (19 years ago, 9-Jan-06, to lugnet.cad.dev)
