I'm a bit new to this myself, so someone correct me if I'm wrong. I recommend using MLCAD (on Windows) to actually edit the LEGO models. This is a very good editor, but it only has rudimentary display capabilities. Then, get L3P to convert the MLCAD (...) (24 years ago, 19-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev)

Hi all! I'm new on Lugnet so please be patient with me if this was yet mentioned. Can somebody tell me what's the best CAD software to create LEGO models on computer ? (...) Yes, I did use your spring2dat program. Excellent job! I was able to adjust and re-create a spring to fit in seconds! Only one change you need to make, The Description and Author lines get thier data swapped. No biggie, it's easy to adjust (...) (24 years ago, 18-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
