  I apologize for the delay...

Greetings I'm sorry for the delay in getting the ldraw.org MOTM page for March online. I've had a TON to do recently and haven't had the chance to get at it. I'll try as hard as I possibly can to get it online by tomorrow afternoon. Also, would (...) (25 years ago, 3-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: MPD spec

(...) Sorry to only get back now. I have the following questions: - Which (inline) file in the (.mpd) file is considered the root of the model - First (would be my obvious choice) ? - Last ? - we have to find out which ? The previous question raises (...) (25 years ago, 2-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: MOTM page link

(...) I just came across this - (URL) know nothing about it other than what the page says, but it *appears* to be what's being sought here. If it is, great. If it isn't, I deny ever having been here. I didn't leave this message. I don't exist. :-) (...) (25 years ago, 2-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: LDraw extended colors

(...) I will have to find a way how to define such colors in MLCad but I think I will provide an option where the user can define if he/she likes 24bit or 12bit colors. Generally no problem :-) Michael (25 years ago, 2-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  LDraw extended colors

The LDraw colors are 0-15, 32-47, 256-511 (and of course 16 and 24). Paul Gyugyi defined some more colors for LDLite, 17-23, 25, 57 and "Direct Colors" in the range 0x04000000-0x07FFFFFF. As MLCad supports these colors, I'm going to add support for (...) (25 years ago, 1-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: MOTM page link

(...) I don't know of any general utility to do this. That certainly doesn't mean one doesn't exist. Maybe direct this question to lugnet.publish? Steve (25 years ago, 29-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: MOTM page link

(...) Yeah... Any suggestions? Would there be a utility that could do a replace of a text block on a batch of files? Another option would be SSI (I believe), but that would kill the submenus on the subpages. I'd really appreciate some advice on how (...) (25 years ago, 28-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: Parts update

(...) I've been tied up lately, so I've been falling behind on checking parts into the process. I've got 86 files (new parts, fixed parts, subparts, and primitives) ready to be voted on. There are at least 60 more to look at before I can consider (...) (25 years ago, 28-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
