However, the above post has a link to a page with a zip of all the unofficial parts (i.e., everything that's been added or (...) (17 years ago, 21-Feb-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) No, I did not. It is not on the unofficial parts list and the latest full release of LDRAW on ldraw.org still states 2004. Latest official parts update states 2005.
