Hello,
At the first bullet of the LDraw Official Library Standard for Sticker Parts
http://www.ldraw.org/article/339 is written:

The sticker is a 0.25 LDU thin box (or whatever shape sticker is in), oriented
such that the top face is at -0.25 Y and parallel with the X-Z plane. The
pattern is on the top face; the other (five) sides of the box correspond to
background color of the sticker pattern (usually white).

Some new stickers submitted to the parts tracker have the colors at the edges of
the front continuing on the sides. Is the article outdated or are the new
stickers wrong?

| (...) Basically the color of the sides and back of the LDraw sticker should be the same color as the paper (or plastic) the real life sticker is printed on. In other words, if the back side of the real life sticker is white then the sides and back (...) (19 years ago, 19-Jan-06, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, FTX)
