I needed the Dinosaur Neck Ring for a project I am working on so I designed it.
It is my first part - fun stuff, I'll have to try another sometime.
I have it submitted at ldraw.org, but I have a feeling the process is pretty
slow to make it "official", and maybe someone here would be interested too in
the meantime.
If anyone has any comments or corrections I'm all ears...
