That particular file isn't quite formatted right. The line
0 FILE 32180s.dat
should probably be
0 FILE s/32180s.dat
To view [DAT] links you need to register a viewing program for the
mime types associated with DAT, LDR, and MPD files. I think MLCad
does it for you, but you can try checking the "register file types"
box in the General settings pane of the dialog you get from the
Settings/General/Default menu option. The experts in the .mlcad
group would know for sure though.
