Dear All

My first shot at an LDraw part.  Sorry the comments are so verbose -- I'll take
them out later if there is any interest in the part.  The rotation sensor comes
in four parts --
1. the top (2977t.dat),
2. the rotation element (2977r.dat),
3. the bottom plate (2977b.dat),
4. a new primitive (ring6.dat) which is required for the rotation element, and
5. finally, there is a dat file to tie them all together (2977.dat).

This is the first of five posts, and ths post contains the top element.

Feedback is welcome.  I'm still very new to all this.
