*Major* problem with the part number. :-/
According to the FAQ for pattern numbers
("http://www.ldraw.org/library/tracker/ref/patterns/"),
the series "xxxxxPCx.DAT" is reserved for Control Panels.
Castle patterns belong in the series "xxxxxP4x.DAT"...
FWIW, there is a large wealth of info at the FAQ pages:
