Help needed with baseplate 30271 DAT file

Hi,

I think I've just about completed the top surface of the DAT file for the
30271 baseplate (the one that comes in the castle set 6091/6098 and the
amazon set 5986) but as I'm working only from the pictures on Peeron and
Lugnet I need someone to validate my major assumptions, which are
  a) the baseplate has mirror symmetry about both centre lines (excluding
any printing)
  b) all faces between level 0 surfaces and level 3 surfaces are at 75
degrees (where level 0 is the level of studs at the outer margins and level
3 are those studs at the same level as three standard bricks stacked on top
of each other built on that level, and a 75 degree slope is one you can
place a 2x1x3 inverted slope against)
  c) all faces between level 0 and level 5 and those between level 0 and
level 6 are at 75 degrees
  d) all faces between level 3 and level 5 and those between level 3 and
level 6 are at 75 degrees
  e) all faces between level 5 and level 6 are vertical (ie you could place
a 1x10 brick by the side of them and it would 'plug' onto any appropriate studs.

One area I can't really see what is happening is at the 'steps' in the
middle of each 32 stud side.  I'm assuming that the face from level 3 to
level 6 is a consistent 75 degrees and that this is carried over to the
small part at each end that becomes a level 5 to level 6 face (so goes
against item e above)

I'm also assuming that the bottom of the pits are at level 0.

Finally, how do you 'do' the underside of a formed baseplate?

PS - As this is my first part from primitives any general tips / comments
gratefully received.

PPS - As I can only attach one DAT file I've included only the 'bumps' child
sub-part - if anyone wants the parent part and the other child sub-part I
can upload those but they're not very exciting
