The parts tracker is at http://www.ldraw.org/library/tracker/index

To maintain compatability with the original LDraw program decorated parts which
include dithered colors (like 383), you should put the code for this in a
subpart like,
0 ~Subpart - Brick 1 x 4 with Town Car Grille Chrome - Chrome
0 Name: s\3010a20c.dat
0 Author: ...
0 Unofficial Sub-Part
4 16 ... etc (yes, use color 16 inside the subpart)
and reference it like
.
.
1 383 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 s\3010a20c.dat
.
.
Strictly speaking the part number 3010p20c does not adhere to the naming
convention of nnnnPxx we try to apply to patterned parts, but seeing as the
white and black printed versions use 3010p20w and 3010p20b, I think we can
live with this.
Actually the pixelated pattern on this part could be reworked, to use a common
subpart for 3010p20b, 3010p20w and 3010p20c.
If anyone else agrees, I could take a look at it - this can't look too good in
POV-Ray.
