One suggestion, which you've probably thought about: use smaller facets on
the curved bits.  For something this large, I'd use at least 48-segment
circles (ie, facets that are 7.5 degrees).

It should be possible to project the pattern you've already made onto a
48-segment surface.  I've never felt inclined to do it, but I can't see any
reason it can't be done...

Thanks for the comment.  You are right, the 48-segment circles really
helped.  Let me know what you think.

If anyone has the time, please double check that I didn't miss any type 5
lines in this update.

I plan on making a part with the other pattern and then submitting them to
Parts Tracker.

(...) I didn't see any missing ones, but you have some that I'd consider removing. Around lines 1974-1984 you have some type 5 lines on the concave section on the back of the part. Since it's concave, you'll never see these lines unless the part is (...) (23 years ago, 30-Nov-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) Wow, looks nice! One suggestion, which you've probably thought about: use smaller facets on the curved bits. For something this large, I'd use at least 48-segment circles (ie, facets that are 7.5 degrees). It should be possible to project the (...) (23 years ago, 26-Nov-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
