Hi,
Not to pass the buck, but, Tim Romine asked to do this part after he worked
on the larger version of it.(30116)
I also found this particular part to have number 30320 on it, transparent
green with the stormer decoration on it.
I have done no extra work to the part file I had, which was started by Steve
Bliss. If Tim doesn't want to work on the 30117, I can complete it when I
get my current parts completed.
