Right. Except that I seriously think Train should stay. There are many
parts which are fairly Train-specific. But there are number of current
Train parts that should be moved into other areas.

Right. But there are more pressing issues, which should be resolved before
we do a mass-reorganization on the parts. Specifically, I want source code
control (ie, Parts Tracker) and automated parts downloads/updates ready
before doing major surgery on the categories.
