99% of the parts available are either in the L-CAD set at
<http://www.ldraw.org/download/updates/>, or the unofficial files posted at
<http://www.lugnet.com/cad/dat/parts/>.
Several people have their own parts on their own websites. You can search
LUGNET/cad for postings about those.
No one has collected all the unofficial parts together. Collecting parts
for general release is what the official updates do.
