You have a duplicated quad on the non sloped outside surface. Also the top part of the underside area is missing. (20 years ago, 14-Jun-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Taking another closer look, I noticed only the center and zero point are wrong, but that can easily be fixed. I have done so, but would like to credit the original author on this part. (...) my click hinges, and the lugs are ALL closer to the top of vertical end wall than the bottom. The position of the lug in your new version is definitely incorrect. Has anyone heard anything new about the minifig Hand Truck, part number 2495 (URL) ? Last thing I've noticed is from two years ago, someone said "nope, not yet".
