  Creation of tracks

Hi all, Would it be possible for someone to create the old style rubber tracks? See this picture: (URL) this one: (URL) (21 years ago, 8-Aug-03, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dat.models, lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
