Actually it is a swinging part like a door so the axis is through the rotational axis. The rotational axis on this part is just below (...) (25 years ago, 25-Jul-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Never seen the part in question, but it looks ok. The new primitive seems ok, too. Very unusual that it starts from the center and goes from -0.5 to 0.5 in all directions.
