It's 2x2, it's round, it's 2 plates high, it's bowl shaped, it's chromed and was used as a headlight in some model team models. It can mount onto a stud, or centered between 4 studs. I have no idea what to call it so am not sure even what category (...) (24 years ago, 24-Nov-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

I am still struggling with the feather hole area on this part, so in case you want to use what I have got so far, here is a mock-up which is symetrical without any of the feather hole detail. (...) There is obviously some variation in the print registration on this part, but I agree it _looks_ better with the top edge of the brown and yellow aligned. Here it is fixed.
