I've made a simple formula racer. It was inspired a bit from the 1969 era Lotus 49, but it's still not quite like it. I've included a driver. (...) Dude, this rocks! Okay, now how do I do it? ;] I own SC3KU. I didn't know what SC3URK was but after roaming the SimCity web site for 15 minutes I managed to find it (talk about obscure!). Here's a new model I've made of an old armory with a stable/carriage house underneath that has been converted to a modern police station.
