Actually, I based this model on a new craft being tested by the US Military
from last month's Popular Science/Mechanics (I can't remember which). They
classified it as a VTOL, so I went with it. It actually takes off like a
chopper, but transitions to just the rear prop in horizontal flight, with
the vertical rotor locked in place. I guess enough lift is created by the
stub wings and the prop thrust going over the rear wing to keep it airborne.
Weird system, I know, but I guess it works.
