Remember that the main part should be the first file in the MPD:
0 FILE 49x28VRT.DAT
0 49.6x28 VR Tire
1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 ~1-46VRT.DAT
...
0 FILE ~1-46vrt.dat
0 1-46th section 49.6x28 VR Tire
...
Or, now that you know the right number:
0 FILE 6594.DAT
0 49.6x28 VR Tire
1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 S\6594.DAT
...
0 FILE S\6594.DAT
0 1-46th section 49.6x28 VR Tire
...

Like L3P, LDLite should be able to auto-detect DAT/MPD from the contents.

PS. I am currently testing the next L3P version, which can handle the
TRANSLATE/ROTATE/SCALE/TRANSFORM meta commands.
