I used the official 4-4cone1.dat as example, which has the type of
title I used. Do I have to change the titles and upload again?

| (...) Thanks for noticing this. Actually, rather then "0 4/4 Cone 9:10 radii" the header format for cone primitives should be "0 Cone rr x f.ff" where rr is the inner radius - leading space preserved and f.ff is the circle fraction (0.25, 0.5, 0.75, (...) (22 years ago, 3-Dec-02, to lugnet.cad)
