Lok into using LD4DModler.  You can import a LDraw model and then create a
skeleton to make the minfig move.  LD4DModler will then create the images
(using POV) to make your aniamtion.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW HOW TO USE POV
just have it installed.
