Try one of these, maybe they'll work:
-a1,0,-1,-0.5,-1,-0.5,-1,0,-1
-a-1,0,1,0.5,1,0.5,1,0,1
Otherwise, fire up your favorite LDraw file editor, set up a 1-part file
(I'd use something like 3626bp01, the minifig head). Set your view to
Front. Rotate the part around until it's positioned the way you want.
Use the parameters from that line as the parameters for your -a matrix.
