Thanks. That worked perfectly.
I don't know why my ISP would be blocked. Sympatico is probably the 2nd
largest ISP in Canada. That's a lot of people being blocked. Very weird.

| (...) It *could* be (I don't know, maybe Jacob would) that some people under your domain are slurping the site excessively? I know of other sites that have to block access to entire domains, because they don't have any other way to stop (...) (25 years ago, 2-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad)
