well, i've implemented all of the features i had intended, which was my goal
for going to version 1.0.
The L3P Add-On allows you to use a graphical front-end to export your .DAT
files to POV-Ray using L3P. Instead of having to hack together a cryptic
command line, you simply pick from dropdown lists and checkboxes. There are
routines built in to help keep you from getting some of L3P's error messages
(overwriting files, etc) so you don't have to worry about typing in that long
string repeatedly if you make a single mistake.
Preset cameras for all the standard LDraw views are inclueded (front,
back, top, bottom, and all 3/4 corner views). You can also add user-defined
camera views and lighting schemes, so you can do all of your models with your
favorite settings quickly.
If you're using L3P, you want L3PAO...
