I don't have the said part right here right now, but if Manfred hasn't
posted it by this evening, I'll see if I can dig it out of my personal
computer to send it to you. Manfred would probably not mind this.

No, unfortunately I haven't. I don't use rubber bands so much myself,
so I haven't given this a high priority.
If you have any problems or questions related to LDraw-mode or Emacs,
